The 999aq VIP Program is more than just a loyalty system — it's a premium experience. Regular players can progress through five tiers from Bronze to Diamond, each with its own distinct rewards and privileges.
Most loyalty programs in online gaming look great on paper but deliver little in practice. The 999aq VIP Program is genuinely different — every benefit is built to be useful and to meaningfully improve the experience for regular members.
As a new member, you start at the Bronze tier. The more you play, the more points you accumulate and the higher you climb. Each tier upgrade comes with a notable increase in benefits.
Every bet you place on 999aq earns you points. Slots earn 1 point per BDT 10 wagered, Live Casino earns 1 point per BDT 20, and table games earn 1 point per BDT 50. During double points events, these rates are doubled.
999aq VIP tiers are reviewed on a quarterly basis. Maintaining the required points over three months keeps your tier intact. Diamond members have a special advantage — if they fall short in any quarter, they drop to Platinum rather than all the way back to Bronze.
Earned points can be converted to cash. Every 100 points equals BDT 10 in bonus cash. Higher-tier members get better conversion rates — Diamond members can redeem 100 points for up to BDT 18.
Top-tier members enjoy benefits you won't find anywhere else:
Earned points are valid for 6 months. Convert them to cash before they expire.

Slots are the most effective way to earn points quickly — at 1 point per BDT 10 wagered, the rate is higher than other game types. Keep an eye on 999aq's double points events, as playing during those periods can move you up a tier much faster.
Yes, 999aq VIP cashback is fully automatic. Every Friday night, your cashback is calculated based on your net losses from the previous week and credited to your wallet by Saturday morning. No claim required.
If you don't meet the required points in a quarterly review cycle, your tier may be downgraded. However, 999aq offers a special grace period — reaching out to your host for personal circumstances may lead to a solution. Playing regularly remains the best approach.
