999aq Terms and Conditions — Know before you play

1 General Terms & Nature of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 999aq and its users. 999aq is an internationally licensed online gaming operator and functions under a valid legal jurisdiction.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use 999aq's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• Online gaming must not be prohibited by law in your country of residence
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions
• You are operating the account for yourself, not on behalf of any third party

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on 999aq are governed by the following policies.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name
• Depositing via a third party is strictly prohibited
• Deposited funds are typically credited instantly
• 999aq does not charge any fees for deposits; however, fees may apply from your payment provider

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit
• Processing time: 1–72 hours (varies by VIP level)
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — see the deposit page for details
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus and promotional offers on 999aq carry their own terms. The general rules are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a Wagering Requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made
• Bonuses have an expiry period — once expired, the bonus is forfeited
• Only one bonus may be claimed per household or IP address
• Not all games may be available for play with bonus funds — any restricted games will be listed in the bonus terms
• 999aq reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice

A wagering requirement is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw. For example: a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of BDT 30,000 in bets before withdrawing.

6 Gaming Rules & Dispute Resolution

All game outcomes on 999aq are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator), which is regularly tested and audited by independent third-party security laboratories.

• If a technical error leaves a game round with an undetermined outcome, that round will be voided and the bet refunded
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities will be voided
• If your connection drops during a game, the session remains recorded on the server and results will be available once you reconnect
• The dealer's decision is final in live games

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999aq and will result in immediate account closure:

• Stealing another member's information or gaining unauthorized access to their account
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games
• Abusing the bonus system through progressive betting strategies
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Playing or making payments using funds belonging to a third party
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users

8 Account Closure & Suspension

999aq reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation
• If identity verification fails
• When an investigation is required due to security concerns
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

If your account is suspended, please contact support. Accounts suspended for legitimate reasons may be reactivated. However, accounts closed due to prohibited activity cannot be reopened.

9 Responsible Gaming
